Cuenca, 4 de marzo de 2024.- Hoy da inicio el plazo para la presentación de propuestas a los Premios de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la región. Este evento, que destaca la excelencia en el diseño y la planificación urbana, representa una oportunidad única para reconocer y celebrar el talento regional, así como promover la innovación y la sostenibilidad en el campo de la arquitectura.
Los Premios de Arquitectura y Urbanismo que tendrán lugar en Castilla La Mancha, concretamente el 6 de Junio de 2024 en la histórica ciudad de Cuenca, serán una excelente manera de destacar y reconocer la calidad y la contribución de los profesionales de la arquitectura y el urbanismo en la región. Promover la excelencia en el diseño arquitectónico y la planificación urbana no solo resalta el talento local, sino que también fomenta la conciencia sobre la importancia de la arquitectura como un elemento fundamental en la configuración de nuestras comunidades.
Este evento, se ha convertido en una plataforma importante para y promover y visibilizar el talento de la arquitectura en la región, así como para impulsar la innovación y la sostenibilidad en el diseño y la planificación urbana.
El plazo de presentación de propuestas se extenderá hasta el día 8 de abril de 2024 a las 15:00 h, brindando a los arquitectos y urbanistas de la región la oportunidad de compartir sus proyectos más destacados realizados en los últimos dos años. Este período ofrece un espacio valioso para que los profesionales presenten sus obras, destacando su contribución al paisaje arquitectónico y urbano de Castilla-La Mancha.
Podrán optar a estos premios los trabajos realizados por arquitectos en el ámbito geográfico de Castilla La Mancha (salvo aquellos que se presenten en la categoría 4 Premio COACM Miguel Fisac) y que hayan sido finalizados entre el 1 de enero de 2022 y el 31 de diciembre de 2023.
En esta II Edición se crea la categoría Premio COACM Permanencia, destinada a obras con 20 años o más de antigüedad en 2023, que destaquen por su durabilidad, su correcto envejecimiento y su vigencia.
Con una periodicidad bienal, estos premios representan un hito crucial en el calendario arquitectónico y urbanístico de la región, ofreciendo una oportunidad única para reconocer públicamente los logros sobresalientes en el campo de la arquitectura y el urbanismo. La elección de Cuenca como sede no es fortuita; la ciudad, declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, sirve como un telón de fondo inspirador que resalta la importancia de la preservación del patrimonio histórico y cultural en la arquitectura contemporánea.
Los ganadores serán anunciados durante una ceremonia de premiación especial que se llevará a cabo en Cuenca, donde se reunirán profesionales, académicos y entusiastas de la arquitectura y el urbanismo.
Este plazo representa el primer paso y se anima a todos los interesados a participar y compartir su trabajo.
